The Friends of Croix des- Bouquets Haiti Inc. (FCBH Inc.) is a benevolent effort of Haitians and American friends. An outreach ministry committed to transforming lives and creating opportunities for less fortunate children in Haiti.

After a visit to Haiti in 1991, Ghinna Blain Tilus, Ernst B. Tilus, Dr. Vivian Thomas, Dr. Jean-Robert Tilus, Allen Warren, Ms. Billie Mae Posey and Msgr. William J. Barry founded the Friends of Croix des Bouquets, Haiti In 1992, at Our Lady of Assumption Church in Claremont California.

In September 1993, we were incorporated in the state of California and after five years of charitable work, we obtain our 501 C (3) exempt status (May 1998).
